Luca e i suoi fantastici amici nascono come gruppo piu o meno a metà del 2011 dall'unione di due band già attive dal 2007 sulla scena Genovese(e non solo): i Boxing Dogs, combo punk'n'roll di Sampierdarena e i NONE, formazione skacore dalle ritmiche allegre e potenti. Iniziano a provare nella loro saletta al C.S.O.A. Terra Di Nessuno, posto che da ormai qualche anno è teatro principale dei concerti da loro organizzati. L'idea è quella di suonare un hardcore punk veloce e tagliente con liriche cantate per lo più in italiano. I motori principali del gruppo sono da una parte l'amicizia fra i suoi componenti e la voglia di suonare assieme per divertirsi (magari cercando di comunicare qualcosa), dall'altra il bisogno di creare qualcosa che sia lontano il piu possibile dalle logiche di business e profitto che ormai da tempo attanagliano il mondo della musica. Un'idea di indipendenza portata avanti attraverso l'autoproduzione (D.i.y.) e l'autogestione di tutti gli aspetti che circondano la band...
Nel corso del loro primo anno di attvità suonano un discreto numero di concerti, tra cui anche una breve escursione svizzera e tedesca con i loro concittadini Dstemper.
Nel Dicembre del 2012 entrano la prima volta al Valium Studio di Valerio Donati(Majak, Effetto Larsen) a Genova per registrare il loro EP di debutto dal titolo "Che L'Inse?", che verrà pubblicato il 26 Gennaio 2013 dalla Lanterna Pirata Records(distro D.i.y. di Gippy). Il disco contiene 8 pezzi(piu intro e outro) di punkhardcore cantato in italiano con sonorità a cavallo fra quelle grezze del punk italiano e americano degli anni 80 e quelle più melodche dei primi/metà anni 90. La prima e la seconda tiratura sono di 100 copie(entrambe al momento esaurite) su Vynil Cd-r con inserto testi e allegato al primo numero di Loser Times Fanzine.
La pubblicazione di Che L' Inse? è seguito dall'omonimo tour sul suolo Italiano e dal breve "La Gioia Del Sabotaggio Summer Tour", che li vede imbarcarsi nuovamente per la Svizzera e la Germania assieme agli amici Majak. La settimana seguente alla fine del viaggio registreranno nuovamente al Valium Studio quattro pezzi(denominati Exist/Resist), la cui pubblicazione era inizialmente prevista per il Dicembre del 2013 su uno split in vinile con gli amici Milanesi ESSERE. I pezzi nuovi sono decisamente meno orientati a sonorità fastcore, in favore di un approccio più melodico, influenzato più da gruppi italiani come i Kina e i Frammenti e dal punk rock americano degli anni 90. Anche questa uscità verrà accompagnata dal rilascio di un nuovo numero della Fanzine Loser Times. La registrazione segna anche la temporanea sospensione dell'attvtà live del gruppo, a causa della partenza per studi universitari di due dei componenti(Marco in Irlanda e Roby in Germania). Una volta tornati i due componenti i live riprendono regolarmente con la partenza per un nuovo tour di una settimana assieme ai compesani Cocks, occasione che li vede suonare per la prima volta su suolo Francese e Spagnolo.

Luca e i suoi Fantastici amici(Italian for Luke and his amazing friends, a tribute to a good friend of ours) start as a band in mid 2011 uniting members of two of Genoas more active punk rock bands(both playing since 2007): The punk'n'roll combo BOXING DOGS and the skacore band NONE.They start rehershing in their rehershal room at C.S.O.A. Terra Di Nessuno, a squat which has been the location for most of the gigs put up by them in the past years. The idea is to play fast and angry hardcore punk with lyrics mostly screamed in italian. The two main motivations for the band to exist are for one the friendship between the band members and the joy of playing together for fun(while maybe trying to say something), but also the need to create something that is as far away as possible from the logics of business and profit the modern music industry is based on. Ideas and concepts of indipendence brought to life by D.i.y. and self-management of all the aspects surrounding the band(it's not just the music)...
During their first year of being active they play a decent number of concerts, including a brief excursion in Switzerland and Germany wth their friends from Distemper.
In December 2012 they enter the studio the first time ever(Valium Studios in Genoa), to record their first EP, titled "Che L'Inse?", which was released in January 2013 by Lanterna Pirata Records(Gippy's D.i.y. distro). The Cd contains 8 songs(10 tracks counting intro and outro) of agressive hardcore punk with italian lyrics, sounding much like a cross between the italian and american 80s hardcore punk and the more melodic 90s. Both pressings(currently sold out) consisted in 100 copies of Vynil cd-r with lyrics insert and were bundled with the very first issue of Loser times Fanzine
The release of Che L'Inse? saw L.e.i.s.f.a. starting the tour of the same name, which covered mainly italian grounds, as well as the short one week excursion with their friends from Majak, touching Switzerland and Germany again and titled "La Gioia Del Sabotaggio Summer Tour".
The weekend following the end of the journey they enter Valium Studio again to record four new songs(denominated Exist/Resist), whose release date was ideally set for December 2013 on a split record with Milan friends from ESSERE. This release is also planned to be bundled with a new issue from Loser Times Fanzine. The new songs are much less fastcore oriented, in favour of a more melodic approach, influenced by italian bands such as Kina and Frammenti and by US 90s punk rock(the good kind!). The recording session also marks the temporary suspension of all live activity, because of the departure of two members for university studies(Marco flies to Ireland and Roby to Germany. Once the two band members retuned they started another one-week European Tour, which saw them travel alongside Genoa punk rock Outfit Cocks, playing the first time in France and Spain.
